사막에서 부르는 영혼의 노래

오랜만에 은미씨를 보고 은미씨 노래를 들어서 얼마나 행복했는지요. 긴 하루로 지친 몸이었지만 은미씨 노래한다기에 일부러 찾아 들어가 봤네요. 가수는 목청을 틔우 노래해야 하고 뱃심을 든든히 해야 할 것이며 나아가 앞 이마에서도 소리를 내야 완성된다 할 수 있겠지만, 은미씨는 은미씨 몸을 이루고 있는 모와 골, 뿐 아니라 조직 하나 하나 세포 하나 하나가 다 들고 일어나 소리를 내지요. 은미씨 고마워요. 노래하는 당신이 그리는 세상도 함께 응원해요.

The forsythia blossom has been the harbinger of spring in Korea. Those yellow in full blossom and a poem of it by Jonghwan Do definitely have given me a inspiration for all of my missions here in desert. Now I'm atttempting to get some substitute for it. Some fruit tree like tropic gold apricot, pomegranate and cherry, being planted and rooted in an orchard before Charlene and Romancita's house, will produce a lot of fruits both physically and spiritually since after some day soon. I believe we may start to call it hope, not groundless but well-grounded both physically and spiritually as well again.<by Lim>
